Hi all . Iv recently ordered a fibre upgrade to my home broadband. Iv had the email saying details of my plan costs ect. It’s been a while and no delivery of the necessary item to upgrade. Iv tried tracking my order but I can’t get any results apparently my order number isn’t listed or valid! Contacting re is an absolute nightmare. Any advice would be appreciated

Have you looked in your online MyEE for BB under Track an order > Quick Track?
What necessary item are you expecting for upgrade?
