I saw EE Broadband are now offering Smart Hub 2023 or Smart Hub Plus depending on the broadband package you select when ordering. Looks like these have just become available.

Does anyone know if both hubs have Wifi 6, I cant find the specs for both of these new hubs.

Is this the same with FTTC? Would I get double NAT?

Yes, @Jonjon1239 , you get a double NAT with 2 routers in series.

EE are very deceptive on this offering. We were on the old EE fibre 100 package. Wanted to upgrade to the new EE 500 fibre package. Was told we couldn’t and we’d have to move to BT and then once our package with BT was activated cancel that within the14 day cooling off period and then move back to EE for the fibre 500 package. The package clearly states that it comes with the ‘Smart Hub Plus’. EE are refusing to send me that hub.
