My router just Flashes Blue

HI I have been with EE not even 24hrs yet and had more problems then internet after being on the phone to the helpful staff we got it all working until the next morning my router is just flashing blue and have No internet again.
Have the ee smart Wifi
Tried
Turning on and off
Pulled all cables out and waiting 1 minute

Have you checked the broadband cable (grey ends) are plugged in correctly. And if you’re using a filter, check that’s plugged in correctly too?
If so, please give us another call on 0800 079 8586 this will need looked into for you.

What does it say after you log into the router:
- For a BrightBox: in the Internet section on the initial Status page or
- For a Smart Hub: on the Advanced Settings > Broadband > Internet page?
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
