So in the last 2 weeks I've had my router just cut out twice for no reason around 1am. I'm streaming at this time and it's cutting off my stream which is affecting my veiwers, this has never happened before in the past year and I haven't been made aware of any downtime for my internet service. Can I get an explanation as to why this is happening?

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router do you have (read label or post a pix)?
What colour & state are the router's lights when this happens?
If it's a SH+ it could be a faulty PSU - see EE Sending out Replacement Power Supplies for its Smart Hub Plus's. Apply to CS for a replacement.
