I doubt it. Dundee’s Full Fibre rollout is being provided by CityFibre not Openreach - see CityFibre celebrates latest milestone in Dundee’s Full Fibre rollout
Of course, EE thro' OR's infrastructure, still provides the normal BB, ADSL, FTTC & FTTP, as & where available.

Yes they do.
However there are many suppliers popping up, so if it is Openreach that are in your area then EE can help.
If you enter your phone number or address in the BTW DSL checker it will show what is available from EE.

@jimmyboy1952 It seems Cityfibre are the ones rolling out Fibre in Dundee, so as EE are part of BT they would not be using this network.
Openreach do have some areas in Dundee they are looking to expand, but not for another few years.

I am already a subscriber to BT and EE, however given the speeds on offer it was indeed tempting to pursue
