Samsung’s latest line-up of flagship phones all look amazing, but which version of the Galaxy S20’s terrific trio should you go for? We’re here to help.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is the beefed-up member of the Galaxy S20 family, packing more megapixels into its cameras, a larger display, more storage and RAM, and a bigger battery. Unsurprisingly though, those extra features and super-sized specs do come at a cost.

Who should get it?

Pro-level and super-keen photographers who will make the most of the 108MP wide lens camera for cropping, enlarging and printing their photos.

Anyone who takes lots of photos of their subjects from far away with the 100x Space Zoom e.g. at sports events and music concerts.

Box-set bingers and film fanatics who want to watch their content on the biggest (6.9-inch) display.

Seriously competitive online gamers or anyone who uses their phone to run a business or work with data intensive apps and programs. The 16GB of RAM will make everything feel much faster.

Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G

The Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G shares many of the same features as the Ultra version, including 8K video recording, Single Take photography and a 120Hz display, which is only marginally smaller at 6.7 inches. The key differences are in the cameras, but the lenses on the Galaxy S20+ 5G are still super-powerful, with a 64MP telephoto lens, 12MP ultra-wide lens, 10MP front camera and 30x zoom. It’s a great choice for high-quality everyday photography.

Who should get it?

Anyone looking for an awesome flagship phone with a lower cost per month than the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.

Gamers, film fans and social media users that want a big and beautiful display for all their content.

Film makers and photographers who love uploading content to social media sites such as Instagram.
