We've launched our new range of full fibre home broadband plans, which all come with the latest WiFi 7 hub.

Our new plans also offer a wide variety of supporting services, including:

Ultimate

Perfect for those who want top-tier performance, premium hardware, and in-home support to ensure everything runs perfectly. Ideal for larger families, the largest houses, and those who demand the best.

  • Upgraded to Smart Hub 7 Pro
  • Upgraded to Wi-Fi Extender 7 Pro

We also offer 1.6Gbps download speeds, which are available with either a Premium or Ultimate package, which comes with the Smart Hub 7 Pro and WiFi Extender 7 Pro.

If you're already a customer, then I would recommend logging in to your account, and if you're due a renewal on your contract any options available will be visible here.

Hi, I took out Fibre Ultimate in December as it has the Smart Hub 7 Pro and Extender 7 Pro included all for £79.99. I'm still being charged an additional £10 a month for these however, and whenever I call no-one seems to be able to help me or remove the additional charge!

What can I do? Am I able to cancel the whole contract as I am not paying what was agreed in my contract? How do I contact someone who is able to actually help me rather than tell me to wait another month and see if it changes?

Hi @Katie_B ,

After my last phone call, I was advised it was with their manager and to expect a resolution in a few days. That was two weeks ago!

Is there a particular department that I need to request when calling? I find I just get passed from pillar to post until someone either cuts me off or tells me "it's being sorted".

Called up after my last post and after a 30 minute hold, was put through to connections who then accidentally put me through to a very helpful person named Marta in a department I didn't catch the name of.  It now appears to have been sorted and I'm meant to be getting the extra charges backdated! Hopefully that's the end of it!
