So the other I ordered a Sony TV through add to plan. I've been told by EE that's it's not in stock at the moment but on the website it states it is in stock. They can't tell me when it will be in stock but they get stock updates once a week but they have no idea when it is back in stock.
It would be helpful if I had some kind of timescale like will be it be a week, months away?
Also, the product info page doesn't really show any specifications so would be helpful if someone could give the model number so I could take a look at the specs and all the info on it rather three bullet points on the website.
