I recently got a new contract/plan that includes both Apple Music and BT Sport. I set up Apple Music and have been using it for a couple of weeks since the start of my new plan. I just tried to swap to BT Sport but the app won’t let me. I’ve contacted customer services twice and received conflicting information! Is it correct that I can’t swap between smart benefits at any time I wish? Do I have to wait 30 days after my last selection??
