So i recetnly got a Samsung A52 5G mainly because of the option for the free ear buds.
So when i go into the Samsung members app and then i select benifits for the ear buds i get taken to the Samsung site to clam the ear buds. Now when i input my my purchase date and order number I then get to the bit where it says put in your phone.
No matter what I input into this box it says it can't be found. All i get is a little message under the box saying "No Results found. Concider changing search query"
Anyone got a solution to this?
