Hi, I ordered a PS5 in the EE shop today and paid the 10 pound deposit. But as I reached the last screen the internet refreshed and I lost my page. now I have not received confirmation email and when I phoned they said that they cannot see my order, just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or if I have lost my order.
