I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max in November. I am trying to add to plan (I believe this is possible as I still have 17 months+ left on my contract). When I choose the item it asks me to log in, which I do, then that’s it, no option, just loads up my upgrade page and tells me I can upgrade for £200.
Is there any way of doing this without calling?
Seems a bit broken.
