Free data add-ons carry over to new contract

Hello! I'm looking to upgrade my phone, as my old contract moved onto 'EE SIM Plan 3GB £19 UPG', I get 10GB in total as shown below because I get 7GB free in add-ons. My question is, if I upgrade, will these carry over to my new contract?
