EE perks account deactivated

Hello guys,

registered for ee perks about a year ago however not needed a new phone untill now however when I attempt to log in with either my work or personal email it says it’s invalid.

 

I have tried to reset the password to both email addresses numerous times but nothing gets sent through.

 

I have tried ringing 150 but just keep getting passed from person to person without any progress.

 

any help would be appreciated as I just want to get my new phone now
