im hoping someone can finally solve my issue.
I have BT Sport Ultimate add on, I also pay the extra £5 to cast.
I am unable to view the ultimate channel to view content in 4K
I’ve seen previous posts about the account set up at BT’s end which I’m guessing is my issue. I had a similar problem last year when I upgraded.
I can stream on my phone, I can cast to the TV and I can also watch using built BT Sport app on Xbox, TV and my iPad but none will allow 4K.
any help will be appreciated
