i upgraded over the phone yesterday and they said my device would be with me the next day (today) and they confirmed it.
later in the day i receive an email asking for me to call them for more information. yet surely while i was on the phone, they did everything they needed.
im getting frustrated now as im constantly hitting a brick wall and all i want is my new device
