iPhone SE delivery estimate?

Hi, I upgraded from a SIM only plan a couple of days ago but all I have received so far is a confirmation email. When I try to track my order I am met with "sorry, we can't show your order details right now." 
I haven't received any further emails or text messages from DPD or EE. Sorry if I seem impatient but I actually broke my phone and am currently using a very slow back up phone.

Please could someone give me an idea of how long this order should take / how stock levels are currently?
The phone I have ordered is the new iPhone SE 2020 (white, 128gb), I also live in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Not sure if that matters.

I've checked and that model is in stock and estimated to dispatch within 1 working day, so you should have heard something by now.

I'd recommend double checking your order with our Mobile Care team.

really glad I posted here and took your advice mate. Called them and the girl I spoke to sorted it out for me straight away, phone arrived the next day 😊😊
