hawaii p20 battery swelling

My partner has a Hawaii p20 device  on contract with and it appears that the battery is swelling, the back of the phone is detaching and it isn't working correctly as keeps cutting put, he has never dropped it and rarely keeps it in his pocket however this is now happening has tried to contact support with no luck,

If you suspect the battery is swelling up, please turn off the phone and stop using it immediately.

 

If you get in touch with Customer Care they can help you check your warranty status or make an insurance claim if your phone is insured.
