Upgrade

Afternoon, 

 

I was in the process of upgrading my phone in store before they all closed. New contract had been agreed, but not signed and I paid to pre-order my device. This was back at the start of February.

 

I just wanted to know what I could do now? I would much rather just order it online, but I do not want to lose my pre-order money nor the amount they said they would give me for my handset.
