Hi 
I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iPhone 11 64GB this Monday £50 phone cost upgrade was free. The plan I took out was 30GB data for £40.50 month ! I’ve since looked at EE online and my confirmation and it says £54 month I’d of never paid this so it’s 100% wrong !! Going to call them first thing in morning. I also don’t yet have a tracking number ?

@Tippo95 The cheapest tariff for the iPhone 11 as an upgrade is £49 and that’s 4Gb of data.

All sorted! I called EE up and it shows £54 month but I had 25% off which brings it down to £40.50
