I upgraded my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 pro max with the trade in deal and received the trade in returns pack but got told that I only have until the 8th of November to trade in the iPhone 11 but the iPhone 13 pro max is saying it is only available after 28 days what do I do

email the address on the accompanying letter (eeconsumer.UK@likewise.com) quoting your order number. I wont be a problem.
