When I receive my new phone upgrade tomorrow, do I put my old sim in the phone or do I get a new one? Also, when will my contract then update on the app?

Welcome to the community.
Once your phone is dispatched your plan and contract dates will update within your My EE account.
If the old SIM card fits you can continue to use this, or you can register the new SIM card at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim.
