Hi. Ive been with ee a number of years and are startimg to find the network isnt what it use to be and have had the upgrade team try and charge me for a PAC code. Would it be possible for me to upgrade to o2 network or would i have to see this contract out and take out a new contract on o2?

Hi @Teffy

If you are still within your minimum term, you have to honour your agreement and pay for it if you wanted to leave early.

Have you tried resolving the issues you are having with EE?

@Teffy  You’re upgrade is with EE only.  You can not upgrade and change networks.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Teffy : You can't be charged for a PAC but you will have to pay early termination fees.

Text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you will be liable to pay early termination fees.

Out of interest, what do you mean by the EE network "isn't what it used to be"?

What network issues have you been having?

And have you reported them?
