Upgrade problems

How do I get order updates via email and sms? I upgraded yesterday and have been told this morning that there was a problem but it's now resolved. There is nothing on my account and I'm not convinced the upgrade has even gone through at this point

Did you get any confirmation email, even in your junk folder?

 

If you'd like to check the status of your upgrade, you can either use our online order tracker, or contact our Customer Care team.

I did but then had further emails telling me to contact customer services which I did and it is now sorted. 2 days of hassle I didn't need though!
