I ordered an upgrade this afternoon and paid my up front charge via chat function confirmed by PIN security and paid via credit card capture link sent but have not apparently been sent any confirmation of payment/ invoice for the deal done.....have been advised will all arrive tomorrow....a bit nervous ? can anyone reassure me that this is standard practice ?

This happened to me, I got the confirmation the next day however think my device needs to be ordered so looking to wait around 4 weeks yet they took my fee,

I think the chat reps should send a confirmation explaining ...you get enough T&Cs to cover their backs but nothing about the purchase! Not the best customer care😐
