Hi all,

 

Just after a little help.

 

I upgraded to a new phone yesterday and have just received it today. I've noticed they have sent me a new number with it where usually I wouldn't get this. On my EE account I now have the 2 numbers (Current and New) as what looks like open contracts. Is this normal? Or have something gone wrong with my upgrade?

If this has a new number it sounds like you have had an additional contract added, did you place the order online?

Yes I did it online but that's how I've always upgraded and it's never happened before.
