I recently cancelled a new contract because I didn't want the free TV and wanted more time to consider my options.
When on-call to EE support, I specifically stated I didn't desire a TV. They told me I were to receive a coupon on I could redeem with a manufacturer and I shouldn't need to worry about the TV if I cancelled the new contract.
After resolving the issue, I now have received a text claiming a LG TV is to be delivered to my home.
Please advise. As I am now in the very situation I didn't want to be in to begin with.

@JFR-55 If you took out a plan that has a free gift then you get that free gift.

@Chris_B I cancelled the contract/plan over the phone, I was informed I would not be receiving any TV.
I am confused as to why I am now receiving a TV.
