Hi, I got a new upgraded phone and was told a new sim would come as I've upgraded, put in new phone and wait 24 hours and it will ask some activation questions. It has been over that and no questions asked just emergency calls only. Should I put my old sim in my new phone? Will I still get the new data etc? Thank you for your help.

You can continue to use your old SIM if it fits your new phone. If it doesn't, you'll need to activate your new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/activate-sim.
