I have just upgraded( 3 days ago) to a new EE sim only contract from an EE sim only contract, and have been sent a new Sim, however in the EE app my contract details have updated to the new contract and I have received a bill which is the final one from my old contract.
Do I have to swap to the new Sim? obviously I want to keep my old number so can I leave the old Sim in my phone and ignore the new one?
I upgraded with the Carphone Warehouse by the way.
