Both pop up and back cameras have stoped working on OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. Any app that uses the camera just freezes. No physical damage and less than one year old (24 month EE contract). I have cleared app cache and data, have also factory reset phone - neither method has helped. I would try reflashing device, but there is no dedicated software for the 5G model of the 7 Pro on OnePlus website. I've also contacted OnePlus customer service and it was of no help at all (seriously, it was painful). Delayed software updates to android 11 aside (also really frustrating) is this something that EE can help with? Also, are EE in charge of rolling out oxygen 11 at the end of the day?
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

@rd91 The warranty on that device is supplied by Oneplus so if it’s less then one year old it’s definitely still in warranty. ( I’m sure it’s a 24 month warranty ) You could try calling EE customer services to request the device to be looked at though.
I’m sure the software on the device is directly from oneplus as there is no EE branding on the device.
