Issue with Apple Music as smart benefit

Just upgraded to the ne Galaxy Fold with Apple Music as smart benefit.

I already have a apple music account, on opening the app it asks if I registered via EE, on selecting yes it simply takes me to a screen to select a payable subscription.

 

Any ideas please.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you already have a subscription with Apple for Apple Music you will need to cancel this direct with Apple. 

 

You can then text MUSIC to 150 and follow the link which will be provided to complete your set up.

If I cancel my apple music subscription then txt MUSIC to 150 to start over  will I lose my music ibrary??

Your music library should be associated with your Apple ID, so you shouldn't lose your library when moving over.
