Ipods

I received some iPods as an extra to my contract,I’ve had them since December(2months) the left ear has stopped working completely,how do I go about getting them replaced,can I do it online or will I have to phone

@Simons9570   You need to contact Apple about this.  Download THIS app and select the correct options.   Oh and it’s AirPods not iPods as that is a different product from Apple   

under products select AirPods and the topic then choose how you would like to proceed.   But scroll down and the first article is about left/right AirPod not working and how you might be able to sort this yourself.

Welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried un-pairing them and re-pairing them through Bluetooth settings? This happened to mine once and that fixed it.
