INSIDE INFO FROM EE SUPPLY WAREHOUSE ON IPHONE 12/12 pro ORDERS.

Morning all, i myself just like many of you was expecting delivery of my IPhone 12 pro yesterday, only to instead be told many different excuses by EE representatives on the phone and live chat about where my order was. 
I escalated my complaint to the EE EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER RESOLUTION TEAM 

0800 079 0232, who follow up your complaint on an individual basis and log it. They are open today and tomorrow 10am - 6pm. 👍

Then today I spoke to a source of mine within the EE Supply chain, and they have informed that stock is arriving in “Drips n Drabs” and being distributed daily, so when you hear people say that it will be another 14 days before you get your phone if you didn’t get it yesterday, this is not true!!!

Be patient I say and I think we will get them within the next 2-5 days. 👏

Thank you, I was told the other colours should be within the next 7 days but the Pacific blue will be 7-14 days. I'm hoping it comes earlier than expected tho

@Briege88yes I too have ordered the blue pro 256gb. 
Truck deliveries from Apple are arriving daily I have been told, but they are not being told what is in each shipment, the phones are being made in China as we speak and flown around the world, then they get dispatched by DPD and you should get a message the night before.

This whole situation is a **bleep**ing joke!!!

 

 

every time I’ve had a new phone I’ve gone to store on release date and picked one up, this time I pre ordered and it’s a **bleep** show! The whole idea of pre ordering anything is to have it on the day of realise, it should have been clearly stated that it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery as we have no idea of the stock levels etc and I would have clicked cancel and gone to store like normal! But now everywhere has sold out and I can’t get one! If my local store gets one in I’ll be getting it and chasing ee for my loss of earnings I had Friday off as dpd won’t allow you to collect from depot and I can only have it delivered to my home address 🤬
