Data Meter malfunctioning

Hello 

 

Few days ago I had 5.60GB of data left out of my 60GB bundle, I made a complaint to Ofcom in regards to my phone which is with another provider. The moment I finished with complaint, my internet with EE stopped. Apparently I ran out of data. 

I have repeatedly noticed data going faster than I’m using it. 
At 3.01 I have purchased additional 1GB data package and visited one website only. Four minutes later I checked the meter and there was only 871 Mb. It was a website, no videos, no downloading, no streaming, just me logged in.
