Hi @Leanne_T, I can connect the watch to my phone fine, but when I try turn on mobile data on my watch through my iphone, it says my EE plan doesn’t allow it 😞 and I don’t know how to change it so that it does?

What plan are you on, @J321? Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?

You have to be on a pay monthly contract to be able to choose the 4G plan for your Apple Watch. They aren't currently available on pay as you go.

Ok, thank you for helping @Christopher_G , am I able to change my contract to a pay monthly one? If so, how do I go about this, and what’s the difference between that and my usual one?
