I've just upgraded and cos apple music as a smart benefit. Trying to create the Apple ID it auto populates with my phone number but won't actually set up my ID. It says to contact apple support but they have no idea how to help. Any ideas?
Thank you so much. I think this has cracked it. Tried contacting tech team and they couldn't help.
Don't create an apple id through the link on the phone create one elsewhere with your email address, then go back onto your phone and log in with this one
