@Sotirov , if this has to do with your order, you will have to ring customer service, there is no account access, they are the ones that can see what is going on, just putting in your order number with no other comment, is not helpful at all, need more information, but I believe you are trying to find out about your order, this is not customer service, but a public forum where customers and some EE staff may be able to help.
