Parental Control not working

Parental control is set to 12+ but adult sites can still be accessed. Why is that? Happening on both iOS and Samsung phone. Please help!

How long is website usually down for maintenance?

I’ve been trying to login to gift some data to from 11 pm……… It is now nearly 3 am……… I would’ve thought that they would’ve finished the maintenance by now…… Can anyone tell me how long the site is usually down when this sort of thing happens? Thanks...

Text 150 not working

I've text 150 as it's after calling hours and the app is down. I ran out of data and want to purchase an add on. The text option is not delivering. How do I do this from the website?
