Sorted now, called 150 told 012 they removed dual accounts and added watch and added back my second account, all done in 3 minutes

@Rky  As it says you’ll need to call customer services about this quoting the 012 code as your issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
