Im really confused my iwatch has its own paired watch plan, however, its not connecting and says cannot connect to phone? wm i missing something?

@keri_x  Is Bluetooth enabled on your phone ?   You need to make sure it’s Bluetooth via the setting app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, yes bluetooth is on it says connection failed? alll the time

yea still doesnt work, could this be due the contract
