iphone 4 with micro SD sim stopped receiving service a few months ago..

My phone maybe old, but it received service in the area, then a few months back, it stopped receiving reception, but the phone is working, just no bars anymore.  I obviously can't contact EE from abroad when I have to use a phone that has no reception.  What is the problem?  Is the phone no longer supported?  How do I get a fix from America PLEASE??  THANK YOU

@amarra   Is that on PAYG ?   If so when did you last make a chargeable call/text ?

you might want to have a read of  THIS

Your also using a roaming network and that device is only a 3G device so the network you was using could have turned off 3G as 3G on all networks worldwide is being shut down.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
