I placed my order approx 13:30 and on completion I just got a screen that said your order but the rest was blank.

ive had no confirmation email or order number etc. The £30 upfront payment shows pending with my bank.

Do I assume the order failed?

Yes, unfortunately. You’ll need to give them a ring to find out what status its in but its likely no order been processed hence the pending payment!

Sweet. You’re in the queue! Im thinking (and this isn’t confirmed) but given there is no black 17 Pro this year the interest will be spread between the Blue or the Orange. Making it hopefully quicker to get devices in hand. An EE advisor did say those who ordered within an hour of pre-orders opening should get DPD updates around Wed/Thurs for delivery Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Monday 22nd. So first batch. 

Im not taking this as gospel but wel see how it starts to pan out next week.

I'd imagine the wait will be less across the board this year. The base 17, Air and Pro are all viable options. There's not a clear obvious choice like the Pro Max usually is every year.

If you are going to, I would suggest doing it TODAY! Get your order in. Last year I pre-ordered the following day at 9am! Delivery was 5 weeks after launch!

Ive had nothing yet guy on phone said i would get it next friday said should get email confirmation been told to wait 48 hours for email on phone give me order number but said they is no xko number ordered from somewhere else aswell for friday so will wait and see

5pm been sat here since 1pm and I've still not Upgraded.

Tried Live chat and Calling this is an absolute nightmare. 

Constant walls being thrown up and im just tired of it now
