It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

I was thinking the same thing after looking at all the replies.
i just think it would be nice for them to just let us know a rough date not just “over 28 days”

You will have to wait like everyone else, as it is down to Apple how many are sent out in one go as to how many have ordered the same phone as to who receives them, as they are delivered on a first come first serve basis. This is not customer service, so we have no idea who, when gets deliveries.
I would suggest downloading the DPD app and make sure that you use the same email, address and phone number as EE have, as you will receive updates when order has been dispatched, up to the evening before delivery you will receive notification from DPD with a PIN number that you have to show the driver,, and on the day of delivery another notification with a one hour window.

Mine is just a phone purchase only — it has nothing to do with a SIM card, not eSIM or physical, simply no SIM at all.

Hi everyone.
I ordered during the pre-order window (ordered 15.09.25) for the 17 Pro Max 256gb in Deep Blue, Device only, and still have not recieved it! I ordered online.
I've only received an order reference number (starting with 'EE-') and my finance agreement and no tracking number or an n. XKO number! Numerous phone calls have been made to EE, expressing my dissatisfaction at the fact that I've not even had a an official confirmation or tracking number yet. Poor service from EE! I'm not entirely confident that they're even processing my order.
My last call on Monday 22.09.25 was somewhat helpful; I've still not been able to be provided an XKO number but I was told that my device will be with my by the 29.09.25, that I'll receive a text this week confirming the delivery date, and then a text with the hour timeslot on the day of delivery.
This is all very frustrating as I need to be home to sign for the delivery but i'm entirely unclear when that will be!! First time EE customer, unlikely to renew with them. I'd simply cancel my order and order elsewhere if I had known it was to be such a faff, and if it wouldn't delay things further!
Would be good to hear if anyone else that has ordered similar device and done so online, around the 15th, if they've yet received theirs.
- A disgruntled first time customer.
