I’ve had my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a while now, couple months ago my rear camera quality got really bad and laggy, so I checked my settings and it says ‘camera - unknown part’ my phones on contract from ee what do I do

I would suggest booking your device in with Apple for them to look at. 

Alternatively you can book this in with EE but if this repair is outside of warranty you will need to pay for the repair.
