iPhone 12 not working

Hello, I have the iPhone 12 that I took out on contract for my partner just over a year old and cannot use WhatsApp Facebook or any sort of internet on it. We have tried deleting and re downloading , charge port doesn’t work either. What can we do ?

@Lindseyclarke  with the device off and very carefully using a pin clean out any dust/fluff that can build up in there.   Make sure the device is off before you do this.  

 

you have to allow the apps to use cellular data for them to work when not connected to WiFi.  You can do this via Setting>Mobile Data and make sure that the tootle is on ( it shows green )
