I have ordered an eSim for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and activated it, now I have no mobile signal. I have turned the eSim off in settings. Re-started the phone and still no signal.
I do not have a number yet for the eSim as it is going to be a business line form a client. who has an EE pocket landline and needs me to take the calls.

I have now got it workiomg, but it has mioved my number from the physical sim to the eSim, not what I wanted to do. How do I get the number back onto my physical sim, and leave the eSim as a second line for my cleints business?

The account holder of the business account in question would need to order a SIM for you. Any SIM you order via your own account, will be for your existing number or a brand new line.
