I ordered the pacific blue 128gb iPhone 12 pro. I am doing the online trade in and they want my phone by next week but I still don’t have my new phone or any idea of when it will be delivered. If They don’t recieve my old phone I get charged £440 BUT I don’t want to be without a phone either. What do I do?

@Emmalouise182 You’ll need to call customer services about this. Obviously if you don’t have your new phone you can not return the old one. Have you received the returns package yet ?

No not yet But had a text saying they need to receive my phone by the 6th and an email saying they need it by the 10th. So unsure which one to go by. I just feel this iPhone 12 malarkey is a bit of a shambles 😂😂😂😂

@Emmalouise182 You’ll need to speak with customer services about this. EE can only send out what they receive from Apple and anyone who has ordered before you has to get their device before you’ll receive yours.
