Text and email upgrade

I have had a text and email saying I can upgrade to the pro for free if I chose an equal monthly payment - I am very wary of text and emails with links so I logged on EE myself and all it says on here is that I can upgrade for a fee.

Is this a legit EE text and email and should I click the link to upgrade? The link is

http://discover.ee.co.uk/T4G2m6e1 and my pc said it was risky. Please help, thank you

Hi @Becadowning

You're right to be wary of emails & texts with links! Any link to the official EE website at ee.co.uk - which this one is - is fine to click on.

Any message that uses phrases such as "click here to update your details" and/or "your account has been disabled" is generally a scam.
