Hiya so I’ve just recently set up my iPhone 15 pro max. I picked a physical sim when I placed the order but ended up getting a eSIM instead so I’ve set up my phone but my calls, texts and data isn’t working. When I call someone it says that I’ve ran out of credit and I need to pay to get my services back on. My closeted EE store is an hour drive away so I’m hoping I can fix this over the phone or on my own
any help will be appreciated

Welcome to the community,
Not sure why they did not send you a physical SIM card, as you will need that first before being able to use an ESim.
How long ago did you order your new phone?
Physical SIM cards can take between 2-5 working days to reach you.
You could try ringing customer service, see in my signature how to contact them.
