Can you tell me how much it costs to replace an iPhone 6 screen that is smashed?

~£150 if you take it to Apple out of warranty.

 

Independent repair shop will do it for less if you can find one.

 

Have you considered a newer iPhone as a replacement? The 6 no longer receives updates, so a refurbished 6s or 7 might be worth considering. Just food for thought!

@VickyP11  While an independent repair shop can do it for less it will not be a genuine Apple screen.  If that independent repair shop is Apple approved they will charge the same amount as Apple will.   

Just depends on what you want to pay.
